Shropshire singer songwriter Luke Brant brings his own brand of up beat, folk-influenced music to The Swan as part of Wyre Forest’s music festival, WyreFest.
”My influences include Bon Iver, Mumford and Sons, Frank Turner, Karine Polwart and the possibly better known Jack Johnson, Tracey Chapman, Jason Mraz and Jeff Buckley, to name a few,” says Luke. “I grew up playing an abundance of instruments such as trumpet, cornet, mandolin, drums, acoustic guitar and bass.”
Luke is now known for his acoustic guitar work and the distinctive husky voice that delivers his well writen melodies.
